Be Substance Aware: For our kids, all substance misuse is related. If one substance is being used youth are statistically more likely to try other substances.
When to have the conversation? Early and often, prevention doesn’t just happen once, it is an ongoing dialogue with students and can be a health expectation, just like wearing a seatbelt, or eating enough fruits and vegetables.
